Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to love your order — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shopglowbabes.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Return Costs & Processing

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service. GlowBabes is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit (at your request).
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including:

  • Opened beauty or skincare items
  • Worn clothing or accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account. If it still hasn’t appeared after a few business days, contact your payment provider.
